Zuiderbierke

Zuiderbierke is a Belgian beer of high fermentation.

The beer is brewed in the brewery Donum Ignis Sinaai. It is a reddish brown beer with an alcohol content of 8.2%. This beer won the sixth place on the Zythos-beer festival in 2011.

Brown Red tasting beer of high fermentation. it is a resounding spicy beer with a delicious sub rozijnetoets. It obtains its color through the use of a sophisticated palette of dark malts.

Why the name Zuiderbierke?
Following the Amber-blond Noorderbierke the name of this delicious dark beer.
The more north you go, the blonder the hair of the people. The further south to go the darker the hairs. People and drinks are just like Zuiderbierke maybe a bit more spicy ...
