| Taras Boulba is a Belgian beer. It is brewed in the brewery De Ranke in Dottenijs for Brasserie de la Senne in Brussels. |

| Bernard Leboucq and Yvan De Baets, two Brussels brewers, first had a microbrewery in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, but because it was too small, they fled to Brussels. They brew beers are not filtered by a traditional manner, not pasteurized, with no additives. The name of the beer refers to the novel Taras Boulba (also "Taras Bulba") by Nikolai Gogol. |

| Light blonde with 4.5% alc., generously hopped with the finest aromatic hops, giving it a very refreshing character and a scent reminiscent of citrus. |
