Brewery Wieze is a former Belgian brewery Wieze in the province of East Flanders. |

Wieze brewery was started in 2009 by Ronny De Wolf, and in December of
that year the Wieze beer came on the market again. The old logo and
brand name of the old brewery Van Roy were acquired from Haacht brewery
it had in hands after the bankruptcy of Brewery Van Roy. |

The brewery was located in a large basement, where the beers ideal
temperature could ferment and mature. A filling could have a capacity
of 1,500 bottles (33 cl) per hour and 75 cl 600 bottles per hour. The
total capacity of the fermentation tanks was 170 hectoliters. It was
twice daily 10 hectoliters brewed. |

In 2013 the activities of the brewery were discontinued put back. On
October 17, 2013 a new beer company was founded: Wieze Beer Belgium,
established in Gijzegem. This beer company shows now only Wieze Tripel
brewing brewery Roman to Mater. Wieze Beer Belgium is separate from the
former brewery Wieze. |
