After the festivities, the brewery decided to continue to brew the Triveriusbier and even internationally continue to go.
Triveriusbier It was the first goal to be an aperitif beer: refreshing, soft and flavored yet.
Therefore opted for a wheat beer, but obviously just no ordinary wheat beer.
In order to give it an additional Triveriusbier resounding of about 40% is more malt and wheat are used than for an ordinary wheat beer, so that the alcohol content in a good 6.8 vol% ends up. The beer is slightly bitter making it thirst-quenching.
Furthermore, the usual spices used as coriander and orange peel. This is combined with a very powerful yeast leaving little residual sugar remains in the beer.
This ensures that the Triveriusbier a non-sweet, dry beer, wherein the aromas, which are derived from the special yeast, are softly supported by the herbs used.
To make a definitive break through the comparison with regular wheat beers Triverius a clear beer rather cloudy and the second fermentation in the bottle (33 cl).
This festival beer is brewed by brewery De Graal (cours 15 Brakel) since 2004. |
