Vicar General
is like the Tripel threefold: warm fermentation about 24 °, bearing
about 1 ° and fermentation in the bottle. The only difference with the
Vicar Tripel is that the Vicar Tripel with one type of malt is brewed
and Vicar General with 3 types. Vicar General is also brewed without
spices. In terms of food pairing is the General, a must for meat preparations stew, rabbit etc.
For recipes, see pages Foodpairing'Vicaris General is a reddish brown
high fermentation beer with a nice tinted foam and with bottle
fermentation and barrel. This general with taste evolution is a beer for
the experienced beer lover who enjoys a hearty dark beer. Vicar General
may safely be several months to years what his outspoken character will
benefit. The General has a certain bitterness thanks to the use of hops
and roasted malt. |
