Vicar Triple / Gueuze is a high fermentation beer that is ideal as a
thirst quencher for the long, hot summer days. The beer is by the
complex interaction of Vicar Tripel Gueuze and a unique type of beer.
The fruity and soft properties of Vicar Triple / Gueuze come from Vicar
Tripel, fresh light acidity get the beer with the gueuze. |
Keep your Vicar Triple / Gueuze in a dark room / basement. It is important that the beer is always kept in an upright position so that it is not mixed with the yeast on the bottom.

Place the beer for consumption for several hours in an upright position
in the refrigerator. The ideal serving temperature is 6 to 9 ° C, if
desired, can also give it at cellar temperature. |
|
Serve in a clean and dry Vicar Glass. Pour the beer quietly in a tilted
glass, bring it right as the glass bottle 3/4 empty. The bottle is held
horizontally while pouring. Provide a foam collar +/- 3cm. |
|
Leave about 1 cm in the bottle, this is the yeast. This yeast has a bitter taste to the beer. Lovers can of course attach this. |
