Vicaris Winter 10°

http://vicaris.be/online/?page_id=141

Vicar Winter has a reddish brown color with a nice tinted foam and a full versatile palate. It is brewed with three types of malt and two types of hops. The winter beer is the first Vicar beer with spices and ideal to enjoy during cold winter nights. Vicar Winter is only available from November to March (while supplies last).

Keep your Vicar Winter in a dark room / basement. It is important that the beer is always kept in an upright position so that it is not mixed with the yeast on the bottom.

Place the beer for consumption for several hours in an upright position in the refrigerator. The ideal serving temperature is 6 to 9 ° C, if desired, can also give it at cellar temperature.

Serve in a clean and dry Vicar Glass. Pour the beer quietly in a tilted glass, bring it right as the glass bottle 3/4 empty. The bottle is held horizontally while pouring. Provide a foam collar +/- 3cm.

Leave about 1 cm in the bottle, this is the yeast. This yeast has a bitter taste to the beer. Lovers can of course attach this.
