Vedett is a blond premium beer with 5.2% alcohol content. This Belgian beer is like Duvel and Bel Pils brewed in the Duvel Moortgat. Brewery One bottle Vedett has a green color and contains 33 cl.

The Duvel Moortgat brewery produced in the course of the 20th century several better, premium lagers, colloquially referred to as Export beers. One of them, brewed since 1945, gets its name in 1965 Vedett. Initially it is especially successful in the local pubs in the immediate vicinity of the brewery. From 2003, activates and rejuvenates the brewery's marketing around the beer. Vedett Extra Blond wins a prominent place alongside the Duvel in the range.

In July 2008, launched Vedett Extra White, a wheat beer in the same green bottles of 33 cl. The beer has an alcohol content of 4.7%. The bottle label is identical in layout but uses a blue-white-yellow print across the classic white-black-red print.

The brand offers customers the ability to submit many of which are selected to-configure on the bottle label of the widespread production of both beers a portrait picture. Also ordering personalized crates of beer crates which may include filled bottles can be picked up. With the desired portrait at a local beer merchant Duvel Moortgat Brewery brews since March 2014 the Vedett IPA.
